Allocations for Tier One Now Available
For Tier One allocation list members, your allocations are now viewable in your online account. If you've already set up your account, you can log in here.
If you haven't yet set up your account, or you forgot your password, you can request a password reset here. Remember to use the email you registered with originally. Please email us for assistance - email@example.com.
Once you have logged in, you'll find information under the allocation tab in the member account area. Tier One allocations are available for 2 weeks only, until July 9th.
You may log back in at any point to review what you have already purchased or requested, under the allocation history tab.
How to Use the Wish List
Depending on your list ranking and the production level of each wine, you will be offered all, some, or just one of the wines in the initial allocation period. This is only the amount we are able to guarantee at this point. You may, however, request different wines or more of any of the wines by using the wish list. We encourage you to take advantage of the wish list, as we anticipate being able to fulfill more requests than deny. When completing your order, simply use the box labeled "request amount above your allocated amount of x". The system will place this requested additional amount in your cart when you checkout (but will not charge you for it yet) and record your request in the system.
Once Tier 1 and Tier 2 initial allocations have been fulfilled (end of July), we will begin to grant wish list requests, again in order of your ranking on the list. Wish list requests will be automatically processed if wines are available and you’ll be emailed a receipt for the transaction.
Note: Please make sure your account is up to date with a valid credit card. If we are unable to process your additional order during the wish list fulfillment period, the wines you have requested will be offered to others.
During the two week allocation period, you can add to your purchases anytime (the system will show you which wines remain available to you). However, if you have already completed a LIMINAL purchase and want to request wish list wines later, or you do not want to purchase your allocated wines and only want to wish list different wines, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We hope to be able to respond to all wish list requests by the end of the summer. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
10% Pre-sale Discount Offered
Because we were unable to host a tasting event prior to offering the allocations, we are extending a 10% discount for all wines purchased at this time. This discount is automatically applied in your cart at checkout; there's nothing you have to do.
Wine to be Released in October
Pickup Information: Pickup will only be offered the weekend of October 24-25 at the LIMINAL production facility in Woodinville, WA. All orders not picked up during this weekend will be shipped, beginning the week of October 26th. We will send more information about the pickup weekend at a later date.
Shipping Information: All shipping orders will be sent beginning the week of October 26th. You will receive a reminder email prior to shipment, as well as tracking information once the order has shipped.
